Do you prefer any particular fonts?

Don't worry if you haven't worked this out exactly, we'll help. Our standard websites include 5 pages; home, about, services or shop, blog and contact. Any additional pages will be added to your quote.

Do you have a domain registered and if so, where?

This refers to the company you have registered your domain to eg: GoDaddy. if you haven't yet registered, we recommend GoDaddy as it works best with the Content Management System we use for your website.

Will you write the website copy (text on the website pages) yourself or do you need us to write the copy for you?

Please note that this is at an additional cost. Copy written by you will need to provided in a word document, listed by page at the build stage of your website.

Are there any emails connected to your domain? If yes, how many?

Whilst we're working on your site, we need you to be contactable and prompt with responses. What is the best time of day to contact you?

We ask that you respond to all emails within 2-4 hours as our design team are dedicated to delivering your brand on time.

what is your ideal start date? Please pick a Monday or simply write 'ASAP'

During the design process you'll be asked for feedback and have an opportunity to request edits. Please pick a date when you know you have time to provide us with a prompt response to email or calls. We'll do our best to accommodate your requested date/dates. We usually book out work 4-6 weeks in advance.
